For the Smithe & Seher Mexico-exclusive collaboration with adidas, entire monster-sized murals were packed, distilled and translated into the classic silhouette of the adidas Japan Low. Pulling from never before seen sketches from the minds of graffiti artists, Smithe and Seher, the shoe boasts engineered prints and custom sockliners. To round out the shoe and bring in the gritty nature of graffiti art, a crackle suede was used on the eyerow to balance the layered quarter of translucent textile over printed nylon. The project also allowed for the opportunity to create custom packaging with wrap around art.
